Breathe℠ Multi-Dimensional Health Screenings are the foundation of our innovative platform and provide members a comprehensive health analysis by incorporating both the 8 Breathe℠ Wellness Dimensions and the 7 Breathe℠ Key Life Essentials measured to generate a Multi-Dimensional Wellness Score and an accurate indicator of a member’s overall health and wellness index. This information can help members determine which of the 15 dimensions are impacting their health and measure progress year-over-year.
